Welcome to Kristin Ellyn Aesthetics – Let’s work together to make your visit perfect.

Before your visit to Kristin Ellyn Aesthetics, please take a minute to ready through our policies and procedures.  Adhering to what we have in place will ensure you get the most out of your time with us and that we are able to provide outstanding service to all of our clients.  If you have questions about any of the items listed here, please contact us prior to booking.

  • In order to reserve an appointment with us, all guests are required to keep a credit card on file. The card will not be charged unless we need to implement one of the policies below.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice. If we do not get 24-hour notice, you’ll be given a one-time courtesy of rescheduling without financial consequences.

    After your second last-minute cancellation, you’ll be charged half of the total cost of the service you had booked.

    If last-minute cancellations become an issue, we reserve the right to not accept future appointments.

  • If you are a no-show the card you have on file will be charged the full price of the missed treatment.

  • If you are more than 15 min late for an appointment without calling you may be subjected to rescheduling as we cannot provide excellent service in a shortened treatment time slot and/or make another client run late.

    We will do our best to work with you, we understand you have things that happen so please call if there are scheduling concerns.

  • All promotional pricing must be used by the expiration date and not combined with any other offers.

  • All sales on services are final. We do not offer refunds on procedures performed however we will do our best to be sure you get everything you expected out of your treatment.

    Unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing.

  • For the comfort of our other guests that have come to the spa to relax, we ask that you leave children at home.

    If you would like to have someone else come to your appointment with you, please let us know at booking.

  • If you are sick, or have been around someone that is sick with something contagious, please call to reschedule. If this falls outside of our cancellation policy, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
